Sedangkan dari sisi “gross rental yield per annum” (peningkatan harga sewa per tahun), Jakarta berada di posisi kedua teratas yaitu sebesar 7,05 persen per tahun setelah Manila (Filipina) yang sebesar 7,06 persen.

Peningkatan itu dinilai tinggi dibandingkan dengan negara-negara lainnya karena yang terdekat dengan ketiga atau dalam posisi ketiga “gross rental yield per annum” adalah Bangkok dengan hanya 6,29 persen.
